ELLSWORTH and BLUE HILL - BHA, LLC, a public accounting firm with offices in Ellsworth and Blue Hill, has announced that its senior accountant, Collene F. Torres, has achieved licensure as a Certified Public Accountant. Collene started as a staff accountant with BHA, LLC in 2009 after earning her MBA degree from Husson University.
Collene has also held financial and accounting positions in the medical field for three years, and for seven years served in management positions at Penobscot Theatre in Bangor. She was a participant in the inaugural Leadership Hancock County program this year, and will begin teaching accounting as an adjunct faculty member at Hancock County Higher Education Center this fall.
